Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Life Water Berhad dated 22 October 2024.

Applications for the IPO Shares will open at 10.00 a.m. on 22 October 2024 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 30 October 2024. In the event there is any change to the timetable, advertisements of the notice of the changes will be made in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and an announcement will be made on Bursa Securities' website.

The stock short name, stock code and the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) code for Life Water are LWSABAH, 5328 and MYL5328OO009, respectively.
